That what i mentioned is like our 70s - 80s 'new world' park, run down & old facilities, how to attract foreigners even you do marketing & through words of month, tourist also don't want to come
Last year, while in HCM, I visited their zoo, very cheap ticket crowded with all local, also only handful of foreigners, i'm wondering can i call that a zoo, to me it like an animal farm park, within 1/2 hours you can complete the whole 'zoo' tour
