that is what i meant, if u have not see yur own MP, and u go straight see the minister during his "meet the ppl" session, u will be referred back to your own MP. I was told then to see my own MP first if cannot then write letter to the ministry.
yes, agreed with u. since KT got so much frustrations, pen it down in a letter to the minister. like u said no harm trying. KT, tml night go hm after work to write letter dun go out hunting.
