Welcome to SG, a paradise for foreigners..... The hawker center near my house are dominated by "skilled" PRC. Their food taste like shit. Maybe we dunno how to appreciate their skill. There was once I ordered Hor Fun, within 30 sec the food came. My friend and I were shocked.... knn the PRC just went to the kitchen, poured the sauce over the cold prepared hor fun and served to me.
