Based on my experience, getting 2 shots depend on the WLs herself.
I have called a WL from another house and get 2 shots full on while some resident WLs are only willing to give me 1 shot max.
Many say the best thing is to inform the OKT first then the WL. But there's no sure fire way of doing this. Some OKTs might agree and even brief the WL before entering the room that I want 2 shots but some OKTs might reply with "What happens inside, talk with the girl!"
I think the best is still to ask the girl right after entering the room so that she could plan herself well on how to manage 2 shots.
But if you request for 2 shots, then keep your words.
I have experienced some scares in which in the 2nd round my dick simply goes limp and the CD slips off. SHe has to help me regain my composure and I was still struggling. Luckily the WL had a "special" way for me to be able to regain strength and finish the 2nd shot. But before that comeback, the WL was visibly upset when you go limp.
Many say that it's a girl's nature to be angry if you go limp in front of their naked self. I am not sure.

Cat 50: - As time duration is highly short ranging from 15mins-30mins depending on which house you visit, its mainly 1 shot.
- If you top up for two sessions at the beginning, again, never assume you are going to get two shots, the girl may just spend more time servicing you ending up with 1 shot.
- Manage your session again with the above points that i have suggested.
