In reply. 1) I usually take the second longest queue. Becos longest queue will be asked to spilt to less longer queue. Timing must be good in this. I did manage to find out from the counter.
2) This i tried before. But computer never tells lie. We manage to get the chop, only to be erased after the system comes up with "Cat A" and "invite" us to office.
