Errrrrrr.........try to get a slight whiff of the "aroma" before doing anything else just like a wine connoiseur to see the pungency first
then poke it slightly but not too hard so as not to spoil the overall texture, the feel should be smooth & creamy instead to too watery or lumpy
lastly put the whole finger into your mouth and suck on it for a few seconds to get the overall gastronomic delight, it should taste buttery with a slight tang of canal smell mixed with "chou tou foo", this my friend is the ultimate SHIT
