I only painted two WLs in my chiong-ing career so I am not sure how to share painting tips with you. But maybe you should watch some porn where this deed is done and see what you can pick up.
Generally, I think the trick is to apply enough pressure with your tongue and keep a steady rhythm in your painting. Can change speed and pressure here and there to add some excitement and element of surprise.
Or you can ask the girl how she likes it, am sure the WL can teach you.
