Anyway, sometimes it is due to the weather, then hot and cold and moisture collection. Check your penis for any scratches rash or sores. If there isn't any, wash properly with soap and water, and then gently dry it.
Also, avoid wearing underwear while you are at home. This will cause excessive moisture or sweat to accumulate and cause the itchiness.
If there's rashes, sores or a foul geen discharge on/from your dick. Go see a doctor immediately.
