How legitimate is it to operate a dungeon in sg? Is it illegal?

Do you need to obtain a licence similar to those operating brothels in Geylang?

Would it be deemed as "assault" if the mistress physically disciplined their slaves (e.g. Mistress whips a slave)?

Is it possible to import some bdsm equipment into Sg?

I feel there is a need for brothers like us to experience our bdsm sessions in a proper dungeon rather than in the likes of Hotel 81. Dommes who are based in Sg or visit Sg could take their bdsm sessions to another level where both mistresses & slaves can experience the equipment & atmosphere of a proper dungeon.
