change the money at the shops opposite formosa....you can ask the rates from the first shop to the end...or even the shops behind them (along the main road)....the best price is when you leave the shop, they will offer you the best....anyway, like today 7800...if you are offered 7790...you get 10 less...you only lose 1000rp for $100 change..i.e. 12.8 cents
so, better change fast....fast....the cewe is waiting...haha!!!!!
