Not at the moment in Sinkapo. But some countries like in S Korea, the authority will also charge the customer. In Sinkapo, the police will only make you testify against the FL. Your bioadata will be recorded but no criminal offence recorded.
However, if you pay for sex with a FL who is under 18 years of age, you will be in deep deep trouble! Better check the FL's passport or NRIC before u unzip your pants and enter her, man!
But what if the customer is younger (say 16 years old) than the FL (say, 17 years old), will the 16 years old guy be charged like the rest of the older men?
