90% of the time,you will never get a straight answer from anyone working there.
Its always ambigious answers from the lower ranks.
Higer ranks wil hide in office to make decisions.
Sad thing is these higher ranks are so afraid to do the right thing that many innocent get "killed" in the process.
Most work there straight out of school and never seen the real world.
