Try going to the Neverland 2 at St. James or Shanghai Dolly. These two fit your criteria of opening till late , party with Thai girls etc. suitable for birthday celebration etc.
You can get a cosy place with more privacy but will need to open a quite a few towers to get the privacy else have to stand.
