LTVP+ and PR medical subsidy is about same. Where got 20-30%? ONLY DIFFERENCE is Day Surgery and Specialist Clinic (even then it not 20%-30%) where there are no subsidy! And also no matter what class of ward, subsidy level is the same. Difference is only big if compare to PR/LTVP+ vs SC!
