Yes , definitely TRUE .. I told my BX ,, she can stay abit longer in VN now but then when bb turns 3, she must stay here full time before BB start nursery in age 4 ...
Syallabus is so Jialat now ... My eldest gal just got her PSLE result @ 211 .. express ... although is express but might not find a decent good school ...
