Sorry to sidetrack here, my sister in law thought of coming to sillypore next month. She was caught during one of the raid and deport back to Vietnam the following day. I was lucky not to be her sponsor the last time. I understand from her that ICA impose one year ban(dun know where she get this information from).
Now she is coming with her baby in tow(about three month old). She promise she will just come here to stay with us and enjoy our company and not doing any illegal things. I like to know how to apply for her stay here and what documents do I need? Must I go down to ICA personally or can apply online? Thanks Bros in advance for help.
