Call Ica bloody useless one. Only give vague ans,, like.apply buisness permit loh, dont stay too long...blahblah bblah. Bloody useless.

U can apply for a scheme call Malaysia my 2nd home scheme. It is a multiple entry visa for 10 years renewable. U cant work under this scheme but u can set up buisness. Best u can bring in yr bx and any child u have. And u can bring in yr sg car and refit it with a Malaysian car playe, registered.
But the problem is it takes hell lots of document and very long process which will need a lot of umdertable monies to nudge u forward.
there are agents who can help u on this but their agent fees are way too steep. 6k to 10k sgd per person 0.o
