Re: Looking for a (mind)fuck

Late morning!
Sigh it's gonna be so busy for me plus I've received complains from my boss that I've been using the phone "to play games" too much. (When I'm actually surfing SBF LOL LOL.)
Replies are gonna be lesser and lesser from me now.

The mirror and weekly photos is the best bet to track body changes and bf, all other method is not accurate but just a rough guide, except for dexa and water tank testing which is not available in Singapore.
Hmm I'm not that vain to really take weekly pictures of myself but I do take measurements to check on the progress on top of the daily weight measurement.

caffeine can improve exercise performance and burn more calories due to its thermogenic properties to speed up metabolism. it is also a diuretic which helps to lose water in the short term.

caffeine impairs insulin action so it may lead to diabetes due to the rise in blood sugar. if your sugar intake is low and you're eating healthy, there should be nothing wrong.

caffeine is a drug where your body can develop tolerance so you need higher dosage to have the same effect. that's why i don't use them daily, only when i feel i need them. therefore, if using it as a supplement, you really need to stop its use as a beverage.
I think I'm highly addicted to caffeine.
Think shouldn't be the word. I am INDEED addicted to caffeine. Lol lol.
Coffee lover to be exact.
