Looking for suggestions here. Taking a Yangon trip in April for 2.5 days and then going to BKK and Pattaya for SongKran. Would like to cheong a bit while and I there but also sightsee a bit.

So far planning to go see the Shwedagon Pagoda, take the circular train, and take a ferry across to Dallah in the morning and cheong and drink in the evening. For night activities, Looks like JJ Entertainment is the place to go, also saw a couple other bars suggested by sailsingapore. Feel free to comment on the plan make any other suggestions (places to see, cheong or eat).

Also, for Hotel, I am going to pay for myself and am surprised how expensive they are. So far SailSingapore suggested Summer Palace Hotel for 25,000 kyat which looks exactly like what I need (cheap, clean, convenient, and chee bye friendly) but I am having problem finding a booking site or phone #. Sorry my google skill not very good, can anyone help me get a phone number or website to reserve a room or suggest another hotel.
