as tourist, moving around in group of 15-30 ppl in batam will be safer than moving in spore.
In spore can suay suay kena illegal assembly.
In batam no issue on that.
If 10 years ago, maybe dangerous to do that in batam, but not now.
Batam change alot in this 10 years, already very civilize.
