I feel that no matter who start the war, why not all parties take a step back and not cross each other path.

Missing words like "I feel" "just a thought" makes a lot of difference in your posting and people will not trouble for nothing.

I would suggest that you should use this sentence.
"Come out and just have a talk over a cup of coffee"
