This place is not a dormitory. It's a plain brothel. There are at least 3 I know, in Nagoya and Jodoh. You access it from a small door in a small alley, which departs from the main street.
To find them, ask any ojek driver for a "lady house". Last time I was there, I was asked for 50k ST, 300 booking, but girls appearance was not really among the best you can find in Batam.
