How to get there? Pattaya is not like Bangkok with taxis that are easily flagged down. Most common mode of transport is the songteaw or baht bus. So u can book a whole songteaw for yourself. Plz nego with driver Bht100 to maximum Bht200, one way, from Central Pattaya shld be reasonable. Sorry I never booked a whole songteaw myself but this is the rate I heard. Saves u hassle and maybe u can try nego for return trip, maybe add another Bht100?
I wouldn't recommend newbies taking regular songteaws because that involves changing songteaws and knowing which is the correct direction they are heading to.
Moom Aroi on 3rd Road along the same small soi where Hollywood, Differ and Noir is. Can see their green and pink neon sign (in Thai unfortunately) from the main road leaw. I will try post some pics of my recent trip to Patts for reference.
Another way to get around Patts is to rent a motorbike or get a puying who can ride one! Sexy motocy taxi naa
