Welcome to BJ. I have gone to KTV before with a senior bro, Nameci. Unfortunately he is not available now, but he used to organize SBF KTV outings in BJ.
I still have the business card and contact, its in chaoyang, near . Girls are ok quality... definitely not as good as south. Price (If i recall) was around 800-1k.
