This is what I gathered from hearsay about some of the pre requisities of qualifying to be an OKT.
1. You must fuck a minimum of 100 girls within a window period of 3 months. You must bring your condom of your hot cum immediately to a Certified Vice Officer at Keong Siak Street for his Approved Stamp of Certification for each of your complete executed fuck in your FUCK LOG BOOK.
2. After you have successfully logged 100 fucks, you must apply for an interview with the Anti Vice Officer for him to ascertain your suitability as an OKT.
3. Following your successful interview, you may then be allowed to sit for your OKT Theory Test. I understand it is something like taking your Driving Highway Code Test. You can only afford to have a maximum of 4 mistakes in your OKT Theory Test.
4. After going through this intensive rigorous exercise, you will have to apply for your OKT licence subject to the total discretion of MOM. You have to get at least 2 guarantors for your licence application.
May I strongly advise you not to rely totally on my information but to do your own diligence checks and verification.
