Once again, I have to emphasise that persistent vaginal odour has absolutely nothing to do with diet, heatiness, stress, insufficient washing etc.
It is an infection and it needs to be treated by a medical professional.
If Trichomoniasis is diagnosed, the male partner needs to be treated with the same drugs simultaneously or the infection will simply be passed back and forth.
Both of you need to see a doctor immediately.
