“Is something wrong Jon?” Maria turned to her left and looked at me with a concerned expression.

“Huh…?” Snapping myself back, “I’m… I’m fine…” loosening the grip on my right fist, I raised my right hand to my shirt’s collar and used my index finger to expand the collar slightly, trying to make more breathing space around my neck, “Maybe I am just not used to the stale air in this area…”
