I do see your point. Then be clear from the start. Just give the address and tell the taxi driver. If they get lost or wrong along the way, then they have to get back on their own. Basically newbies like me understand that perhaps old birds like u are not obliged to hand hold us.
Pardon me but from ur post it seems like u want to be renumerated like a tour guide. If some Bros are Ok with that arrangement, again, right from the start, with an amount, then ok. Otherwise, this effort shld be out of goodwill and newbies shld out of gd will buy u a drink or meal. Honestly not say singaporean hao lian. By virtue of a stronger exchange rate n her living standard, a meal or drink shouldn't be a problem. However, from the way u write, it jus seems you are also demanding.
