yes yes...plenty of nice places in Vietnam besides hcm...

namely -

Vung Tau - 2 hrs ferry ride or almost 4 hours of bus rides

Mui Ne - almost 5 hrs of bus ride

Nha Trang - almost 9 - 10 hrs or bus rides or train rides. Can fly to Cam Rang and take 30 mins of taxi to Nha Trang

Phu Quoc - can only fly 45 mins and within 1 hr should arrive

The four places above have beautiful beaches.

Da Lat - almost 7 to 10 hrs bus rides depend on traffic conditions...can fly arrive within 1.5hrs...nice cool weather up in the mountains like cameron highlands.

Can Tho - nice countryside scenery and rich culture of mekong delta livelihoods...experience selling food and beverages on boat along mekong river.

Hanoi - rich cultural capital with monuments and museums...visit uncle ho tomb...fly 2 hrs from hcm or direct singapore - hanoi only around 3.5hrs.

Halong Bay - many want to name this one of the wonders of the world...2 to 3 hours taxi.bus ride from Hanoi.

Sapa - almost 10 hours of train rides to the borders of China...fantastic scenery and rich cultural heritage along the way.

Rach Gia - capital of Kien Giang Province...7 hrs bus ride from hcm...can fly reach within 1 hr...strong sea breezes blowing daily...most outdoor eateries and cafes no fan...beautiful tall fair gals with nice curves.

Ha Tien - a city within Kien Giang with strong sea bzeezes blowing daily and nice temple visits...only 2 hrs bus ride from Rach Gia...managed to walk up and down a hill temple and leg cramped for 3 days.

Chau doc...a city within An Giang Province with nice famous temples and cultural heritages...7 hrs bus rides from hcm...2 to 3 hrs bus rides from Rach Gia...plenty of gals working in hcm are from Chau Doc.

Danang, Hoi An, Hue...central Vietnam...

many many nice places which not mentioned above...every year I go one place will take me many years to complete...hehe...
