As for the girls quantity there are plenty of them to choose at GBW, compared to NY Spa. For facilities and comfort NY Spa is so much better. NZ Spa had done their renovation and Lion Spa is in the process of renovation now.
I think GBW must do the same thing in order to survive in this line.

seriously, i doubt the reno will improve their business.
location of GBW is good enough for walking, you can't walk to NY Spa. thus many bros who don't drive can still easily access GBW.
in any case, the girls themselves also know that GBW has the most customers. you try asking any of the GBW girls working there.
i really can't be bothered even if it is super rundown. as long the girls are good and plentiful, that's the main importance. NY Spa may look nice, but i can't fucking look at the girls to make my decision.
