Most of the time, I give a tip. One occasion that I did not tip involved a PRC FL whose service was fark up and she even had the cheek to ask for tip before the session began. Luckily I said wait until end of session and she did not pursue the tip matter again... maybe she realised her service was not satisfactory and paiseh to ask!!!
