All i know is this is public forum. You can post anything (according to the rule of course), But bear in mind and be ready that someone can agree or disagree somebody post. That is the purpose of points reputation. Being zap is somekind of disagreement of somebody opinion.. Being up means agree... Please correct me if I am wrong.. 
And BOSS, also please enlighten me, do zap or up people really have to leave nick behind? is there such rule?  |
i don't know what is csi. for your info, if i'm not wrong there is a rule that zap with vulgar or offensive remarks nid to leave down your nick. If not, This person account points will auto reverse...
If you got time to spare, pls read up the rules.
