Translation in Vietnam is way more cheaper than in Singapore ... For official translation go to Phong Tu Phap at HCMC District 1. It's sgd $50 per document versus 50,000vnd per document ... It's your choice. I have translated 3 copies each for 5 documents n it cost me less than sgd $30
Next , there are many things that don't require exact answer ... If u think any of the the documents are needed ... Just get it prepare n translated ... It's only good for you ...
If u already legalized ur documents in Singapore , why is there a need to legalized it again in Singapore high commission at HCMC ? Thinking back, it don't really make sense right ?
Like bro SV said, get an agent to help you ... But marrying there gona take ages unless u prepare to pay ... The wife's cousin married a China Chinese, heard he pay about usd$500 to short cut the process to get married in Vn .. So be prepared ...
That's the only stuff I can shared as some of it you have the answer n besides I never get married in Vn n seriously not many people here married in Vn coz it's way too troublesome ..
Last but not least, the best recommendation for u is to get married here n than get ur marriage Recognised in Vn, a much more easier process ...
