Boss mentioned it earlier on. My pov is : Some cases I will do my job (do some shows indicating he mean what he say) while some cases I will ignored/not to see some.
If the offender is a big time payer while the victim is just clone account. Justify in boss's shoe to expose n revert that paying zapper or act blur to ignore. Not healthy for the purse strings unless the victim promise a compensation deal more than the lost. Worthy to lose a few k for a clone liked/ normal account?
By ignoring/ choose not to see for that is the win win win solution. The victim can say boss no do work and as time go pass. People will stop complaining as time goes by. Humans are forgetful. The purse is not getting thinner.
He will not be accused of double standard. No need to see protestor carrying banners displaying remove those rules.
If boss choose to ignore, is there a need for to think of a reply back. Never see is lesser work.
Lastly quite close to the paying member however in the case that he is a huge contributor. Just because of his thread, thousands n thousandsc of viewers are attracted. If his influence play a significane damage to the traffic flow, chances are everything is neg. But is that stolen when people tell you so. possible things that normalcan increase his traffic. The higher the traffic, the valuation of his forum will increase accordingly.
So by punishing that contributor, boss faced a risk of losing his contributor. If that contributor stop posting, he loses those reading crowds n a drop in traffic meter which is a factor in valuation of a web site. Directly affecting his total asset standing.
Thus boss is at most affected by morale values n ethics. How much is that?
Without any expense to his purse and best of all to do any work.
