haha actually i don't know where to go exactly also, just want to give him an idea of what me and my friends would do on a typical trip there, help him judge whether to start planning a trip there or not.
overall message is there are no amazing tourist things to do in vung tau - its not a must see place for your visit. but if have a friend or group, it will the friend(s) that make the trip fun, not Vung Tau itself.
