Is this 35yo hawker very chio ?
She must be very chio, is it ? 35, PRC and can charge $150 for 1 shot ?
As usual, this could be the problem of marrying PRC. Make you a cuckold, sleep with so many men, then wants to divorce you and want 50% of your house plus big maintenance. http://www.divaasia.com/article/10164 She was making money from other men by Chong Shin Yen THEIRS was a bitter divorce. She claimed he had given her a sexually transmitted infection. He accused her of committing adultery and moonlighting as a prostitute. It got so ugly that the man hired a private investigator (PI) to gather evidence of her nocturnal activities. And the PI posed as a client and hired the woman to provide sexual services – not once but twice. The woman, 35, a stall assistant, was allegedly paid $150 on one occasion and $140 on the other. Their encounters at a budget hotel in Changi were secretly filmed and the PI prepared a report which was later tendered in court as evidence. The man, 51, a delivery driver, told The New Paper that hehired the PI in June. He said in Mandarin: “She was the one who betrayed me first and yet, she wanted more maintenance. At the same time, she was making money from other men. “The humiliation was too much to bear. How could a man stomach this?” The man, who earns less than $2,000 a month, added that he is taking care of their two children, aged 11 and 9. The couple divorced in July last year after 12 years of marriage. Matters regarding the division of assets and custody of the children were heard this year. In March, the Family Court ordered the man to pay her $100 monthly as maintenance and $20,000 as her share of their four-room flat, where the man and the children still live. |

Re: Is this 35yo hawker very chio ?
I see that there is a need for Men's Charter. Always Women's Charter blah blah blah and they are reviewing it to get more juice out of the whole relationship.
Always complain want to have equal status but when things happen women always get the lion's share. KNN! where got equal?

Re: Is this 35yo hawker very chio ?
there are 4 reports in total for this case
Ex-wife appeals for more maintenance after divorce by Chong Shin Yen Not enough His China-born ex-wife wanted more and appealed. That was when the man decided to gather evidence of her extra income and to show that she was earning more than him. He said a friend had told him in October last year that she was allegedly moonlighting as a prostitute. “I was disgusted by her behaviour but we were already divorced then, so I couldn’t stop her,”he said. “But I was angry when she filed an appeal.” The court eventually ordered that she be given another $10,000 for the flat. But before that, the man gave her number to the PI, who called her. The PI told the man that his ex-wife admitted to prostituting herself and quoted $150 for each transaction. A trap was set. The PI put a pin-hole camera inside a budget hotel room before taking the man’s ex-wife there on June 29. Said the man: “The PI told me that my ex-wife switched off the lights in the room after collecting $150 from him. “The camera could not capture anything and they had to do it again the next day.” This time, the PI kept the lights on in the toilet and left the toilet door ajar so that it was bright enough. The 10-minute video footage, with audio, was taken on June 30. It was later handed to the man, though it was not shown in court. The grainy footage, with a time counter, showed the PIand a woman entering a room around 6.30pm. The woman sat on the bed and told the PI to have a shower first. He later emerged from the toilet with a towel wrapped around his waist. The woman then went into the toilet while the man stood in front of the mirror blow-drying his hair. The clip, which was seen by The New Paper, did not show what happened in the room after that. A separate video later showed the couple emerging from the hotel and the PI handing money to her in his van. When we asked the man if the PI had sex with his ex-wife, he replied: “I don’t know. The PI told me not to ask. He said his job was to prove that she was prostituting herself. “ "I don’t really care too if they did it.” The PI, who was paid $2,800, said in his report that sexual transactions did take place on both days. The man said that he and the woman had been matchmade by relatives. She visited Singapore for the first time in September 1997. Within two weeks of meeting each other, they registered their marriage here. She became a Singapore citizen in 2002. Their relationship started going downhill in 2007 when she went to work at a food centre as a stall assistant. “She said she was bored at home and wanted to work,” said the man. “But not long after, she started to return home from work only after midnight and sometimes as late as 2am.” The stall where the ex-wife worked closed at 9.30pm. When the man questioned her, she would say she had missed the last bus and had to walk home or that she had gone for supper with friends. In January 2008, the man engaged a PI to check on his wife as he suspected her of having an affair. The PI caught her going into a hotel with another man– who turned out to be a stall assistant at the same food centre. ================================================== ======= Judge: I can understand husband's anger by Chong Shing Yen $100 a month enough But the Family Court felt that $100 a month was sufficient as she was earning $800 a month as a stall assistant. The court gave the man care and control of their children, though he was to have joint custody with his ex-wife. Said District Judge Jocelyn Ong: “I could understand the husband’s anger and bitterness at the wife’s conduct and the failure of his marriage and his unwillingness to give the wife any share of the matrimonial flat.” Judge Ong did not agree that the woman should get 50 per cent of their flat. But she ordered the man to pay his ex-wife $20,000 as her share of the flat. His ex-wife then appealed. The man,who was represented by lawyer Gregory Fong, said that his ex-wife had been “leading a promiscuous lifestyle” and that she had contracted the sexually transmitted infection before their marriage. He found out about the infection only when she was pregnant with their first child. On July 23, the High Court kept her monthly maintenance at $100, but ordered the man to pay her $30,000 as her share of their flat. ================================================== ======= i say the man just lugi big time, $100 per month even she's in fault, and based on the monthly salary at the hawker stall? obviously the judge did not take into account the $150 she earns every night. like my friend said, gena lady judge sure lugi 1 150x20 (considering the dai e ma and rest days) = 3000 + 800 at least 3800k sia
