Marrying a divorcee

Hi to all bros,wish some bros can help on this query: i meet 1 foreign girl,she is a PR over here,but she is not divorce yet though she is not staying with her husband anymore,we intend to get marry,but my question is if she get divorce with her husband,:
1) will it affect her PR?,will ICA take back her PR statues?
2) how long will normally this case(divorce) go on?
3) if she is done with the case,how fast can she get remarry?

Think it over... If she wants to be with you in the first place, she would had ended the relationship with the husband long ago before you come to this stage and start worrying.

I watched a China made movie one time. It was about this prc girl who married just for the benefits she gets out of each and every relationship.And she had relationships one after another.

She did not even remember about this one guy who came in for a second round.

Each time she walks out unannounced on her then husband she tells herself that its all right . Emotions are just temporary feelings. After a while she will be all right. There will be no hurt for her after some time .

So you see , it`s the culture of the people there. They do it to their own men too. We Singapore men should not flatter ourselves into thinking that we are privy to being their selective victims.

Look at the current case in Spore where this Prc guy stabbed his lover and several others to death. He went out of his mind because she bled him dry and then treated him with utmost contempt.

I guess you must be a healthy wholesome young man . Your options must be plentiful.

Why chose this route?

Better to back out of this situation while you can, losses cannot be recovered. There are many unmarried girls / woman still available for you to choose wisely. Hope you think carefully before you take her as your wife.

1) not affect,,, PR still stay
2) days to months to years.. it will depend.
3) the very next day can apply for marry at ROM.

1) depends on how she get her PR. If her husband sponsor her PR, and she breaks the news of divorce, he may go crazy and go Ica to file a report against her for undesirable behavior and she can say good bye to her PR

2) depends if her husband Wana get divorce. If not separation will take 3yrs

3) anytime after divorce

but normally ICA dun cancel the PR unless "big things" come out...
