Geylang has the lowest rates. Joo Chiat doesn't have any more transit liao. That area has been banned by the government. Of cuz there's some other hotels in other areas but they dun come cheap.

Went to fragrant hotel recently at night and they charge $138 per night (lavander)
Dont think geylang have any clean hotel, even if they are , it will be mostly book. Need advice

Windsor Hotel may a good choice for standard room at SGD105++
