Hi any ladies wan to keep fit or slim down fast.join mi for Muay Thai session well Tis require u some warm up during training end of the day either u sweat out ot learn some self defense or jus makin more frds.

As for those sexual stuffs depends I prefer ladies tt hav more feel rather jus ons or jus meet n sex not pleasurable.

N also timin all on yr own if u keen in Muay Thai no need to b wit mi as long keepin fit also gd for health n oso better on bed.

Novena mrt area .package 5,10,35 sessions ar abt 30 per lesson if take up 1-1 it's more n if 35sessions package less than 30 .welcome guys too if wan keep fit oso can join .dun mistaken mi I jus intro I dun get any cents jus share wit ppl in SB keep fit n enjoy better sex.

I'm not trainer I'm jus a student only.trial lesson oso hav aft trial if u feel suitable then c sign up.i been to "evo" gym at Far East sq for Muay Thai n MMA but Tis gym suits better for mi.
Others gyms nowadays got trial lesson depends which suits u go for it enjoy life train hard keep fit n fuuk fit
