Declining standards of Cat150 OKTs

I have been to a few houses recently and the OKTs seemed to strong-arm me into getting one of their house gals. It's seem like they are rather reluctant to call gals from the other houses, unless you have a specific person in mind.

And whilst i was waiting for my gal to arrive, i noticed the OKTs displaying the same patronizing attitude to other customers too. I saw one OKT literally raising his voice and hinting for a customer to leave the house simply because the customer politely decline 2 of the gals that were called to this house. For this incident, both of the gals were actually quite average IMO and i thought i would also reject if i was the customer.

I noticed this change in attitude seemed to coincide with the influx of PRC gals entering the Cat150 market. Remembered that back during the days where the Cat150 houses were mostly M'sian gals, most seemed rather accommodating and calling gals from the other houses does not seem a issue.

Unfortunately 2 of the regular houses which i used to patronize for M'sian wls have since closed down. The recent OKTs which i encountered are very arrogant & weird.

I actually got zapped for bringing up an issue. Not surprising since i noticed the forum have a large number of grossly exaggerated FRs which seems suspiciously like an advertorial for certain gals & houses, rather than a descriptive field report.

Still, I stand by posting only what I've seen with my own eyes - be it positive or negative experience.

otherwise everywhere u go also will face this issue, the problem should be because they dun earn enough from outcall girl, this is 2015 where $150 isnt so big anymore

OKT put customer first

I agree with you that the 2831A OKTs, Gwee & Willy are friendly & polite.
They also speak good English and 70% of customers visit them for outside gals.
If you prefer to call WLs from all over GL, you should go to 2831A.
I only go to the other houses if I want to call their house gals.
For me, 2831A is the place for calling outside gals.

No point going to other houses and call outside gals.
Most OKTs prefer to hard sell their own gals.
For outside gals, they only earn the room charge of $30 instead of $70.
Their own gals also earn nothing if you call outside gals.
I guess some of them are not interested to earn your $30.

25 years ago in 1990, it is $150 per pop.
Now 25 years later in 2015, it is still $150 per pop.

A 4-room flat in 1990 cost approx. $70K.
A 4-room flat in 2015 now cost approx. $450K.

But there is no inflation in GL. So $150 is not really that much nowadays.

Ya i did noticed that Cat150 is one of the rare thing in SG which didn't follow inflation rates!
The first time i went during the M'sian ladies era (around 15 yrs ago), it was $150.
Today it's still $150.
But everything else has gone up... last time chicken rice $2, now foodcourt sell up to $7 per serving

Bro, the breakdown is as follows:

Customer pays $150.

WL gets $80 and her OKT gets $40 regardless of where the WL serve the customer.
The remaining $30 goes to the house that provides the room.

If you call the WL from the same house, her OKT gets the $40 and also the $30 for the room.
So he earns $70 in total.

If you call outside gal, your OKT only earns your $30 for the room.
The other $120 goes to the outside gal and her OKT.

So maybe they are not interested to earn your $30 lor.
Some OKTs are very short-sighted.
Unless you frequent his house, otherwise he is not interested to earn your $30.

If you reject a few outside gals, then they tulan liao.

Thanks bro joker for the info. Yeah 2831A OKT is great. Last Saturday I went down to try An Qi Er, he told me there were 4 bros queueing for her It was only 1pm! He had five inhouse girls waiting around but he didn't force me to take them, he also offered to intro me girls from other houses. Anw I think the standard of WLs has dropped more recently than the standard of OKT.

Bro correct me if I am wrong but I believe last time M'sian WL takes a bigger cut and OKT lesser but with PRC WL Okt take back more...

Yes. Malaysian WL take $100 and her OKT take $20. Room is $30.

One PRC WL complain to me that they take $80 for one hour but
Malaysian WL take $100 for 45 mins only.

Oh yes, Malaysian WLs take a bigger share of $100 and provide 45 minutes of sexification service. Although PRC WLs are supposed to give 60 minutes of service, some of them offer only 45 to 50 minutes of service. PRC gals receive $72, $75 or $80 out of the $150 we pay to OKT.

I still remember fondly the good and professional services rendered by Malaysian gals.

I share the same sentiments. I find even the "highly recommended PRC WLs" are never near the standard of those of their Malaysian counterparts.
