Reduction in seminal/sperm volume and ejaculation power

I have a younger brother age turning 35 this year.

Somehow i cannot solve his problem and i am not sure if this is due to aging.

Since the age of 27, my bro has seen a rather great reduction in seminal volume and ejaculation distance.

I usually chiong with him last time when he was still sexually ok and he enjoyed sex a lot. He used to be able to cum very far. like for example, if he is at the base of the woman's pussy, he can shoot almost to to head area. that is how far he can cum and that was when he was still 25 or 26 years old.

1.) There is a great reduction in seminal volume and the white colour (sperm part) of his semen is very little and his semen is mostly clear

3.) his sexual intercourse frequency is about once every fortnight now and he also noticed that in his mid twenties when he is having sex every other day, his body could still keep up and produce enough sperm. Now that he is 35, his not only his ejaculate volume has decreased greatly, there is also a clump of yellowish gelatinous substance when he cum and that blob of substance does not get shoot out. It just merely oozes out slowly during his orgasm.

Is this due to aging process? Is it due to the decline in DNA repair/replication and atp production in the sexual system.
