Finding guys is much easier than finding girls, you can look all over on the net. This forum is a good place and a start. Before you intent to get into all these, make sure you have a solid sexual relationship with your partner first or he is open minded in the first place.

Guys are easy to find but I have read up and mostly are 2 girls because male doesnt want to please another male too but females dont really mind! Thank you anyway for your advice!

I had experienced 3some with a past BF before and also with FBs... I know it may not end well. Guys can be insecure to see another bigger/longer guy even though excited at first to do 3some. BFs can get jealous even though it was he who suggested the 3some.

In my experience, if the guys are friends or already know each other, they seem to be ok with it... but if they are strangers then not likely to be ok.

Exactly right. No matter how ready or adventurous or open you think you are, once you see another dick about to penetrate your partner, things will escalate quickly. This is what I call the point of no return, a rite of passage of sorts.

So TS, I would suggest that the both of you talk about it first and be both completely comfortable with the idea. Please don't let it be a surprise, even if the 3rd person is a girl.
