I think as long as there's no adverse side effect, just making your wife kisses some of her inhibition, I don't think it's wrong. However, two things I would like to advise you,
1 do not over use it to the extend she becomes so horny until you can't satisfy her and she starts to look elsewhere for satisfaction
2 you may not be to tell her what you added. Think about it, if you were her, how does it sound when you're husband 'spikes' your drinks?
