Is this herpes symptoms?

12th sept i started falling sick, headache and got nausea. 14th sept my pee a bit not uncomfortable, like after u cum. Today the feeling still have, maybe a bit more intense and my tip there quite sensitive.

Doctor check no sores inside urethra or at penis. 27th i took blood test chlamydia gonorrhea syphilis hiv hpv and herpes negative. But i know its not accurate cause igg/blood test for herpes best result is 6 to 12 weeks correct?

Doctor also say not uti so how come got this. Sometimes my feet until knee area abit tingly also now. Sian

Could be also Ureaplasma or similar. Not dangerous and will clear over time most likely, but I am surprise Doc didnt test for it? Herpes usually shows visually.
