"If you are on HIV treatment (ARVs), you may get a false result. If you have been recently infected with the HIV virus, your body may not be making antibodies yet. If you are using this test earlier than 3 months since a risk event and your test is NEGATIVE, you should test again in 3 months after the risk event."

Take hpv jab (if you have an innocent fb/wife, whereby sex is always raw) or get them to do that.
