Peace Center to rival Havelock Road for KTVs ?

Peace Center already have Dynasty Classic on Level 2, Nite Hong Kong on Level 3 on Sandborg at Level 4. There will be 2 more ktvs/nite clubs opening soon on Level 6 and 7. Heard that the renovation works on Level 7 is about $2 Mil which should be very expensive and for up market consumers.

Looks like Peace Center will rival Havelock Road for many KTVs in one building, so it'll create more competition and give consumers more choices.

haha...interesting though....but with this current economy....guess they will break even only on the later stage with all they have dump in...Reno work at 2mil???? haha...comparable with Mirage liao man!

sound good...new capitaland shopping centre+service apartment and renovation of parazit centre all will be ready by end of this year...

look like this area will become a point where everyone can meet!!!

Mirage deco is really class .... but the sound system sucks !

2 million dollar on reno work is a lot of money.....usually ktv reno max is abt 1million dollar.......& 2 bring in upmarket customer......they have 2 have better quality girls.....itz not so easy with the current economy......

Try the big room with the pool table and massage chair. The wireless mike is a lot interference, and system lack the bass. Very hollow feeling.

Got news that Las Vegas is moving to the 7th Floor due to expiry of lease at Havelock. Akan Datang ..... Peace Center will be the next happening place.

=> Juz to update U BRO,i managed to check out LEGEND PALACE POSH CLUB on the 7/ F - a few young bosses teamed up together & according to our MMS,the bosses are "perfectionist" if they dun like what they see in the VIP Room,they'll tear it down & renovate it again !

It was very comfortable & the sound systems was good ! Since it's New set up,the "pull factor" will there vs to other KTVs there that have overdue for renovations !....

Think the building will ideal to house all the KTVs & compete with those in Havelock area with the same concept.
