No sex for health reasons

I have known my gf for many years she has somewhat frail health. She has no illness or disease and does not fall sick easily but her body is very sensitive to unhealthy food, drinks etc. Sorry for being slightly long-winded and out of point but I need to explain the situation abit. Can go on in further details but don't wanna bore you with it. Anyway on to the sex part...

My gf claims having too much sex in a short period of time always makes her feel very weak and tired. Not the kind of 'shagness' we feel after sex but like sick. Im not sure exactly how to describe as i am not the one experiencing it but the closest eg. i can say is like when ladies are having period and sometimes can feel uneasy? Except that she is not having period but because of too much sex and/or intense sex.

Its not that she don't enjoy doing it with me. In fact we always have great sex. She gets very wet and i'm always able to get her to orgasm. Anyway, like i said she says too much or intense sex affects her well-being which can last few days to a week. One time we went holiday together for few days and shagged alot as we were both very horny. but after coming back she again say not feeling well and claim is because we had too much sex.

As a result we can't have sex very often. Only when she is horny. Sometimes once a week sometimes twice a week, at few times even 1month +. Basically, it works out to about once every 2 1/2 weeks or so. This is ok for her as she does not have a high sex drive i guess. As for myself i don't consider myself a very high sex drive person but i admit that sometimes i feel really horny but don't dare to bring this up to her. She actually thinks i am satisfied with our sex life as her. Can't say i am not as the quality of sex is great everytime we do it but i'm a guy and have a sex drive so can't help feeling horny right?

Can only satisfy by watching porn and DIY...

So far i have never let her know my true sex drive for fear of making her feel sad and knowing her she might 'sacrifice' n have more sex but this will make the sex one-sided and even may harm her long-term health...

sighz.. i know there is not really any solution to this. sex drive is something you can increase between 2 ppl if there is chemistry but health is not.. I'm just writing here as a way to let out my feelings. Thanks you all for taking time to read this

There is no such thing as how many times a week is normal, but when both party feels good, then it is ok. You said it yourself, it is chemisty, certain chemicals will only react under certain conditions. So, you are just normal. On her part, there could be some underlying problems such as stress or physical problems. Not everyone is same, hope this helps.

1st time i heard that sex can lead to sickness...or weakness of immune system...i do know that if someone who never exercise alot suddenly go gym and hit on a ton of weights...that can cause a lowering of immune system which may result in falling sick...

ask ir gf to start some exercising lightly then increase moderately slowly.

Well, there a lot of options available to 'fix' this problem:

1) Strengthen her health by encouraging her to take vitamins and health tonic.
Add in light exercise and perhaps yoga.
You should join in as well, it's good for you too.

2) Like big boss sammy said, get a few more gfs on the side.

As a good man, I wld advise the first option but if option #1 dun work, well there's always option #2.
