This is what I gathered from hearsay about some of the pre requisities of qualifying to be an OKT.

1. You must fuck a minimum of 100 girls within a window period of 3 months. You must bring your condom of your hot cum immediately to a Certified Vice Officer at Keong Siak Street for his Approved Stamp of Certification for each of your complete executed fuck in your FUCK LOG BOOK.

2. After you have successfully logged 100 fucks, you must apply for an interview with the Anti Vice Officer for him to ascertain your suitability as an OKT.

3. Following your successful interview, you may then be allowed to sit for your OKT Theory Test. I understand it is something like taking your Driving Highway Code Test. You can only afford to have a maximum of 4 mistakes in your OKT Theory Test.

4. After going through this intensive rigorous exercise, you will have to apply for your OKT licence subject to the total discretion of MOM. You have to get at least 2 guarantors for your licence application.

May I strongly advise you not to rely totally on my information but to do your own diligence checks and verification.

Lastly, do not forget to extend special discounts to the Samsters here once you got your OKT Licence.

if its licensed pimp why immoral unethical pimp? its immoral but not unethical ma?

to TS: But now due to influx of FT u want to be pimp also not easy. Beside going through the battery of tests as stated by cqueen latest gov requirements is u must have at least a master in pimping MPP to be exact. master in sales and marketing or PR either one is required.

Many years ago, a friend of mine came up with the same thought. It did not go far though. I think you have to find work with a legal brothel first, establish some history with the authorities, before you are allowed to branch out on your own. Not first hand information, just hearsay.
