Issue with chatroom access
Hi all,
I can't seem to access the chatroom properly today. When I clicked on the chatroom link, it just shows the page but the chatroom Java applet is not loading. Things I tried: 1. Cleared my browser's entire cache, cookies and history 2. Cleared my Java cache and data 3. Connecting to the chatroom through a proxy 4. Tried different browsers 5. Re-installed my Java and is still the same. It just showed me the chatroom page but nothing is happening after that. Admins...please advice why is this happening and the steps to resolve...

try using another web browser..opera and IE should be working fine.

Since Boss also cannot help...
Let me try... Most likely you have been banned by chatroom mod Then soon u will get zapped to moderation... If it has not already happened. Good luck!

hi all..just use other web browser for the time being until our tech guy install the latest version of the addon chat. hope that will solve the problem.
i have tested it on a few systems and IE and opera works everytime.

wait for the update then..like sam said we have no idea what is wrong and i reckon majority of us only have problem with chrome.. if you have tried it our on all those browsers i suggested then yours looks like an isolate case.. what u can do is try it on a laptop if u have one. The chatroom doesnt work with my firefox and chrome on my pc, but works well on my laptop.
