Unregistered SIM card on 3G/4G Phone

Got noob question.

I remember last time got seniors advised not to use 3G phone cos can be tracked.

I thought 2G phones cannot use in Singapore anymore, so what's the point of getting the unregistered SIM cards?

You have to ask yourself, what do yu need it for?

If severe case of course the authority will track you down, otherwise i doubt they will bother.

As long as you don't do anything wrong you should not worry about it .
